Which engine?
There's really not a lot that can be done to an intrepid performance-wise.
That's actually one of the reasons I bought one. Low avaialbility of performance parts is about the only thing that will keep me from modding an engine till it blows and I have to build a bigger & badder one. My '87 Daytona was supposed to be a daily driver, until I found Forward Motion, Inc.. A few grand in parts later, it'll spank most any other FWD on the road, but the trick is keeping it there.
