Default Help with 95 intrepid engine trouble

Ok i am not mechanically inclined but i know there is something wrong with my intrepid. My engine is a 3.3 L and there is a vibration coming fromt the engine. It only has 230 000K. When i drive up hills it feels like its going to run out of fuel because it doesnt stall but has clear troubles. Also high speeds is another concern, even going 70K to work is taking a toll on it. Is there anything i can do besides opening it up or spending mass amounts of money on it. By the way it just had a oil change with high milage oil and upper cylinoid cleaner in the fuel and the problem still persists. Help?

Any engine codes? Any smoke from tail pipe? If you take it out of gear (put in N),does the vibration go away? If so, is the vibration present only under load (foot on gas)? How about if you have one foot on the brake, in gear, give it gas, vibration? Or just in park, at low/med/high RPM, vibration?

Ok well i dont notice any smoke or anything but there is a rumble. Funny you should say that cause when i take it out into N it subsides almost completely. It is very present when on the gas and seems to b higher in lower rpm's but if i punch the gas its not as noticable or at all. But driving ata constant speed when the rpm gage goes down it is noticable. When i am stopped i put it in neutral because it seems to help. Acceleration seems to help alot but as soon as the constant speed say 50 kmh or something it starts to feel like there is no gas.
