Intrepid Not Starting
Hi All,
I have a problem, I was driving my 2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7 DOHC home from work and all of the sudden I has this high pitched squeal coming from my car, it stopped after about 10 seconds and then the temperature gauge spiked. When I would slow down for traffic light the car would act like it wanted to die. When I got home I turned the car off and tried to start it again after a few seconds, it would try to turn over, but wouldn't start.
I'm not a mechanic by any stretch of the word, and I have done simple maintenance and upkeep on my car. I have a repair manual, but does anyone have the slightest idea of what could possibly be wrong with my car?
