i have a 2004 intrepid with the 2,7 V6. just changed the o2 sesors before the cat and i am getting 2 codes, they are p0132 and p0171.
It was suggested that since we baught these at autozone the ECU cant read these right and i have to go to the dealership to correct this issue. is this true or false?

 

Did you reset the engine code after the install? As for the o2 sensor, I have used them from autozone in the past (Boch I think) and the armed fine on my 97. One last thought, the wire may be shorted.
