96 A/C Belt?

My friends 96 Interpid needs a new A/C belt, but I can't see what tensions it? It looks like the belt goes over the main pulley, the AC compressor and what looks like it might be a tensioner below the compressor, but I can't see how it adjusts? What's the key to replacing these?
