Video Entertainmant System (VES) Installation
Hi All,
This is my first post!!!! I'm opening this thread to document the installation of an 8" Original LCD I bought off of eBay ($169).
First of all when I bought the LCD screen I didn't know if it needed any other accessories, just saw the price and went ahead and buy it. So I searched the web and I bumped with the installation guide
EEEAASSYYYY. Then I called a dealer and ordered only 2 parts (will add part numbers as soon as I get them) the wire harness between the LCD unit and the radio, and a steel bracket to attach the unit.
Here is the guide addres: http://www.mopar-accessories.com/en-....ashx?id=14002
I'll be receiving my LCD by next week, so stay tuned for updates.

Hello,
When I purchased the DVD Screen on eBay, it only came with 2 connectors attached to the roof unit. I had to make the harness myself. Let me get all of the pictures I took and upload them. It was a difficult task but I finally got it up and running. After the installation, I had to take the Journey to the dealer and have the computer programmed to turn on the ("VES" or "VES3" i can't recall) system. Everything works great.
