Here's a strange one, hoping someone can help me with.
I have a 2009 Journey SXT. It has a total of 4 12v power outlets. 2 are under the dash, 1 in the center console facing the rear seat and the 4th one is clear in the back cargo area.
The 2 under the dash and 1 in center console are not working. I've checked the fuses and appear fine. The 4th outlet in the cargo area works fine.
Any ideas??

 

The only thing that all 3 have in common is the ground. They ground on a stud under the drivers seat. The cigar lighter is powered by it's own fuse and the dash and console power outlets are powered by a different fuse. The rear power outlet has it's own fuse and it's own ground. the cigar lighter should work only key on and the 2 power outlets should have battery feeds.
