I have a 2009 Dodge Journey with a rear back latch that won't lock using the remote. If you open the latch the alarm will sound, we just can't find a way to lock it along with the rest of the doors. I'm sure it's a programming issue but up until now I have found no help. Any suggestions??

 

I must assume from the mention of "programming" that the hatch locks when you use the lock button on the drivers door and only fails when the remote (both of them) is used. Either way I don't think it is something you can fix. Take it to the dealership
