Default Bad Gas Milage

I have a 2009 Journey and I used to get good gas milage back when I first bought the vehicle, now I get 11mpg to 13mpg. I went to the dealership and they said evrything is fine and no codes were found, no suprise with that response from them. This is a V6 SXT 2fwd vehicle, I bought a K&N airfilter, I checked tire pressure and the vehicle still gets the same gas milage. I drive alone in this vehicle everyday on the highway to work with no extra weight. Please help, this gas milage is killing me, I also traded in my 2007 Jeep Lerado for this Journy thinking I will get better gas milage but now it is worse. SO SO SAD.

Something ain't right. My mom has a 2010 Journey, SXT with the 3.5 V6 and averages about 19 with mostly in town driving and even though she's 62, she don't drive like no old lady, LOL. I drove it a couple weeks ago to take her to a funeral about 3 hours away almost all interstate and averaged just over 23 mpgs.

Although I dunno what you'd expect to gain by trading in a Grand Cherokee on it. I have an Overland, 4.7 HO V8 4x4 and before I put a lift on it and larger tires I got about 19 in daily driving and about 24 on trips...

Gas formulation changes from summer to winter and winter formula has more oxygenation components and less energy per measure. My mileage dropped from 17 to 15 two tanks ago. Driving the same all city, So i bet they changed toe formula about a month ago.
Figures they give you less power and charge you more blaming it on OPEC, Ha!
