Just bought this last Tuesday...my own fault not realizing that it did not have auto head lights installed in this model. Is there a way for me to get this option added after the fact at the dealer? My wife is the one driving the car and had a Chevy before which had auto lamps...adjusting has not been easy for her and just wanted to see if any of you have heard of this being able to be added after the fact.

 

I am sure you could install it, but you'll probably have to buy a Head Lamp switch and an ambient light sensor, install them and reprogram the Body Control module to it. Which could cost u some money for a fairly useless feature.

I also heard someone in this forum mentioned you can change the Country Code for the Vehicle to Canada, and the Day Time running light will be ON, hence ur headlight will ALWAYS be ON until you turn off the vehicle. Since you just bought the car, I am sure ur dealership will try that for u free of charge.
