I've a 2009 Journey and cannot raise the left-rear window. I've removed the door panels on both rear doors and swapped switches and motors in every combination to rule out either as defective. The bottom line is this, with either motor and either switch on the left door, the motor will spin, unmounted, with the switch in the down position. It will not spin with the switch in the up position. I'm now trying to figure out how to remove the enclosed window module from the door frame. Any thoughts?

 

did you do the wiring harness recall yet? or ask if your car falls in it's range.
