I bought the journey brand new for my wife who is now complaining. Like clockwork she takes it to the dealer who has been the only one to service it and now it sounds like it an old clunker.
From the moment you turn it on there is a knocking sound coming from the engine and once you step on the gas it only gets worse. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

 

Not nesscessarily a rod knock-it could be a decoupler on either
the AC or alternator pulley.
