I have a 2012 journey with 350 miles, i'm in pa. running with he heater on the heated seats are on on the drivers side. shut it off and is ok till i start the car and the seat is on again, what am i doing wrong?

 

It is common place now for car manufacturers to post tutorials online for their customers. It started with a DVD in the glove box years ago, but just like the owners manual, people tend to never take them out of the plastic wrapper.

I found this for you. Hope it helps. I know I have played with this type before and the touch is really sensative and jumps ahead one step whn I think I only tapped it once.

Called chrysler, they sent me the owners manuel we are doing everything right, whats the next move?

 

Reprogramed heatercontrols works ok now. (why did it loose program)
