2012 Dodge Journey SE/AVP that I am going to have to ask
How many customers have gone to a dodge dealership, actually purchased one of these specific vehicles only to find out while driving off of the dealership lot that the sales person who kept letting you know about all of those great features in the vehicle, even opening the package contents right in front of you showing all of the data system (UCONNECT) system, satellite radio, even applying that antenna on the vehicle while watching, only to find out that WOW, yes the data system is in the vehicle and by luck only I'm presuming, does a quarter of those great specifications mentioned while agreeing to pay monthly for that equipment is actually installed in the vehicle. So every time I start my vehicle its great to see that UCONNECT Info and button that says press here, however, what is the freakin point when whatever that does is not on the car? My bluetooth mount that should be on my steering wheel is not there, nice to have the antenna for satellite but does no good without it. So am I the only extremely disappointed with this happening? And the managers of the dealership not wanting to do one simple exchange of a radio? No instead I get avoided, ignored, offered another vehicle that is way more than my budget allows and the worst part is that I use the vehicle to drive my completely disabled veteran husband to all appointments due to he is blind and I'm sorry to say but he was excited about the satellite radio for obvious reasons and knowing or thinking the bluetooth equipment was on the vehicle so I wouldn't need to keep replacing ear pieces for regular bluetooth devices. I just really am wondering if I am the only customer out there who has run into this or a similar result of purchasing a vehicle.
Sorry to hear about your purchase experience.
One question I have tho is "Do you have in your possession
the original bill of sale or agreement to purchase?"
If you do read them carefully to see what options you did
buy,if they are listed and paid for then you have a lever
for action.
If they are not listed and you signed without reading it
I am afraid you don't have leg to stand on.
