Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the radio and the climate controls in an '09 Journey?

Reason being, I want to put in an in-dash GPS but I think the current location of the radio is a bit low to glance at when driving.

Swap how and to where?

The only thing I found that was not a major problem is to get the factory navigation system and bezel for it. It is a plug and play item that will give you no issues.
