Default 2010 journey tpm

I purchased a used set of rims and tires that were on 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The TPMS light is on . Will the sensors of the Jeep rims work on my Journey. The prescribed tire pressure on the Journey is 32psi. I set the Jeep tires at 32psi. So, what is the prescribed tire pressure on the Jeep, tire size 235-65-17. Is it possible the Jeep prescribed pressure is higher than the Journey setting, therefore I need to raise the setting to the Jeep pressure.

1.Are you sure the rims you bought have the TPM units in them?
2.Are the TPM unit in the 2010 Jeep the same radio frequency as your DJ?
3.When you rotate tires on the DJ it usually takes X miles before they resync
with the TPM receivers.

The ID numbers in the new sensors will have to be read with a little wireless scanner and then the ID numbers entered into the wireless control module.

They shouldn't be different, BUT check anyway with a dealer parts close to you and see if they call for the same part number in the catalog.
