Default 2009 Journey power window's stopped working

I am new to the forum so I apologize if this topic has already been covered; we have a 2009 Dodge Journey and it seems like one thing after another keeping breaking on it. The latest is that the power window's do not work. We could take it into the dealer but they charge $80/hour for labor-I would hate to do that if it's something as simple as a fuse. None of the window's work and it is not just the driver's side console, it's every window switch in the car. It sounds like a fuse, but I wanted to be sure. Any suggestions you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is a recall on power window wiring harnesses. Our 2009 had the same issue. They may try to charge a diagnostic fee, but it should be covered under the recall if thats the problem.

I know we have gotten a few recall notices in the past, but I can't remember if that was one of them. We have taken our vehicle in each time to get it fixed. If they have already replaced this would it still be covered under the recall?

Go to chrysler/jeep/dodge website or call them, with your car ID number you'll be able to know for sure which recall was done and which wasn't.
