Default Why are the 16" hub caps so expensive???

[ This has been edited from it's original post by me. I spoke too soon. ebay has all 4 hub caps for $59+shipping. Great deal! but read on as there is info here that may help someone out there... :-) ]

I am getting winter tires for the first time in my life... after 25 years of never needing them or wanting them. Then along comes my wife and says GET EM!.
OK, scored a deal for KUMHO KC15 235/70R16 $102+$29 for steel rims at Factory Tire in Toronto.

So, to the question... I'd like to get the hub caps for em. Local dealer wants $83.60 each???
Thought I would look up hub caps on ebay, $59/each. Checked kijiji, nothing in my area. Started looking for Avenger caps, wrong bolt size but I noticed much cheaper prices for the caps. Caravans too, wrong bolt size???.

What gives? Or am I just being too cheap.

Any suggestions? Anyone selling?

Thanks,
