Default Frustrated!

I have been having these annoying little problems with my 2013 Journey. There's a plastic on plastic rattling noise coming from the passenger side pillar, the drivers seat is always squeaking and there's a lot of rattling and occasional banging noise that comes from the front passenger wheel well area. It sounds like something is loose. I notice I don't hear the wheel well noise at all on the drivers side. I brought it to the dealer twice and both times they say they fixed it but obviously not. They also did a TSB for the front suspension fut nothing changed. I want to love this car but I'm getting frustrated with these little things. Anyone have any suggestions or help as to what I can do? Does all this qualify for the lemon law eventually? Thanks for the help!

Lemon laws differ state to state. Some only involve 3 times to the shop for the same problem. Some state a reasonable amount of times. all different. Google lemon law for your state. Some times its good to get a second opinion from another Dodge shop too.

Had a Honda civic once that a constant, annoying rattle from the windshield area. Took like 3 trips to the dealer and actually having a technician ride with us on bumpy roads to isolate the problem. They finaally fixed it with some little plastic shims shoved into the window molding. Get a second opinion or take it baek and actualy make someone ride with you to determine the cause.
