the screen came up saying loading and looped through that a few times, now nothing on screen but all buttons on dash will light up for about 15seconds then flicker off then back on and repeat,dealership says they need to do an update but is there anyway to just reset this unit?

 

Is it 8.4 or 4.3 screen?
Disconnect negative terminal at battery for 5-10 minutes
to reboot electrical via TIPM - worth a try.

 

I'm having something like your issues. One time when I started the car the screen flickered and then reset, I mean the clock went to 0000 also having issues with the radio playing smooth when using any device with it, blue tooth, AUX, USB. At first I was told I had a loose fuse, then it keep up so now I'm waiting for a new radio from dodge. Hope it fix's it becuase it's driving me nuts to have my music cut off all the time.
