Just bought a used 2012 Dodge Journey SXT, has the USB Port. Works just fine using a flash drive, everything plays just as it should, however when I plug in our iphone4 into it, it turns on and off every 2 seconds over and over. Will the iphone not work in this or is there a fix for it? I asked the dealership about it and all he told me was his car does the same thing with his phone...

My 2013 does the same thing with my iphone 4s. It's like an intermittent connection or something. I just don't use it, use the aux. port instead for music and a separate car charger that plugs into the power port in the console to charge.
