Default New member need help

I have a 2012 dodge journey, my rear wiper will not go on, i see the fuse box under passenger side, and says f115 yellow but on the fuse box cover it says spare fuse. does anyone know what fuse it would be?

It's actually fuse 172 20A Under the hood.


There IS a STAR tech case for an open ground in the back area.

Used OBD scanner, shows rear wiper circuit open,
I used an advanced fuse tracer probe tool, and it detects power all the way to the back tale gate.
What do you mean please by "There IS a STAR tech case for open ground in the back area"? Is there's a recall for that or what?
