Default 2 cylinders shut down

Hi everyone,

I have 2009 SE Journey - by now it has 85000 miles. Check engine light came on and the car acted weird - random accelerations, car seemed to be weak etc. Over the night the light turned itself off. I took it to mechanic - crankshaft position sensor error. No problem for couple months and now it is back again - car had troubles with starting, but starts every time. I'm losing 2 cylinders 1st and 4th. I have had the sensor replaced K05033307AC by mechanic - now it starts great but after a while 2 cylinders shut down. My mechanic replaced all spark plugs, started to switch cylinders, wirings with each other and they are all fine. No solution … it runs for a while and when it gets warm shuts the same cylinders. After a minute it starts with all 4 running and shuts 2 down again … I though that it may be bad sensor so I had another one put in … same thing… check engine light is on...

My mechanic gave up, I'm desperate.

Any one had a similar problem or knows what the solution may be ?

I'm getting an error code: P0300-MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE …

All 4 cylinders are fine, there is enough fuel pressure, wiring is ok, new spark plugs … It is always 1st and 4th cylinder.
