2014 Journey - DVD Stuck in Player

Exclamation 2014 Journey - DVD Stuck in Player

We have a 2014 Journey and it reads "Disc Error" on screen. And the DVD will no longer eject. We bought less than a month ago? What do we do? Is there an override of some kind? Or do we have to go to the dealership?

While a pain in the neck "that's what warranties are for".
It's a 2014 and although undoubtly it's inconvienent you
may have a unit that needs replacement.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with the DVD not ejecting. I would suggest to have the dealer inspect and diagnose the condition.
