Default OVERHEATING.....Fan not operating

Hello everyone, im new to the forum. I have a 2010 dodge journey with 72,000 miles. The fan is not operating causing the engine to overheat if its really hot outside and the a/c is warm at idle..... i have checked fuses and relays, they checked out fine. I also got a multi meter and checked the harness plug to the fan and it got 14.0 DC volts with the engine operating and the A/C on. I concluded the fan motor must have gone out so i replaced the fan with a new ebay fan (not sure what brand). It fixed the problem, no overheating and the a/c was cold at idle. Then three weeks later i noticed the a/c warm at idle again and sure enough it started to overheat when it got hot out (90+). I checked it out and the fan is not operating again. Today i replaced the fan again with a brand new one, TWS was the brand i think? I started the Journey let it get a little warm and turned on the A/C, nothing, fan didnt turn and after a little bit 15-20 min the engine temp started to go past the middle. Im lost and dont know where to look next.....any tips or advice guys and gals?

Can a mod remove the @yahoo.com from my name, it was a goof on my part.

I believe the Radiator Fan relay is K11 on that car. Check the relay? Also, there should be 4 pins, 2 should have power, check them. And one is ground, controlled by the Computer, and another one goes down to the Radiator Fan. If you can find out with pin goes down to the Radiator fan by Ohm it out between it and the Radiator Fan connector, try Jump it to power, see if Fan comes on.

And then check if the Computer is grounding the Relay when it is suppose to.

steak59, thank you for your advice. can you please go into a little detail on how to check the four pins. should the engine be running with a/c on or should it be ignition on engine off? and also how do i see if the pcm is grounding the relay when its suppose to?
