Dodge Journey owners. I have the crew style journey. The year of the car 2012
I am having issues with the battery and audio. the battery lite comes on, then the audio goes off, them within hours my dashboard lights up like a xmas tree. The ABS, engine, slip control, air bag lights all come on and then the car will not stop. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks. The dodge dealership can't seem to fix it.
ANY BODY HAVING THIS ISSUE? ANY SUGGESTIONS i CAN TELL THE DEALERSHIP MECHANICS

would like to but of course roadside assistance will only tow a certain distance for free. The next dealership is 25 miles away

 

If the dealer you are using cannot or will not properly diagnose the issue, then they are bound by your warranty to find someone who does. Be firm with your servicing dealership. Take it there, drop it off and tell them you dont want it back until it is fixed. Make them give you a loaner. File a complaint, etc. Thats what I would do.

 

I sorry to hear your issues are unresolved. Did the dealer involve technical support from Chrysler at the last repair? Speak with the Service Manager going forward. PM me if you need further assistance.
