Does anyone know how to fix a no data display when trying to access Garmin Navigation System on 2014 Dodge Journey.Will bring to Dealer because Garmin tried on the ph with me but were unable to help.Mostly due to not speaking English clearly.Very frustrating and no I am not a racist in the least.Gave up as neather my wife or myself could understand him.We called back and it was the same man .If anyone knows how to fix this .That would be great as we live 1 1/2 hrs from dealership.Thanks DirtHogg

 

This issue has come up several times in different forums
and the end solution is that the radio black box is bad.
In most instances even Chrysler reps advise to replace it
under warranty.

 

Warranty issue.
