Engine oil in coolant fluid problem

Default Engine oil in coolant fluid problem

Hello

I'm buy a one week ago used Dodge Journey SXT 2.0 CRD with automatic gearbox. Yesterday I see oil engine in coolant fluid block. I don't have any coolant fluid in engine oil. So i have a question what is brooken ? Any sugestion?

If you are sure it is oil, the head gasket is blown.

Yes I'm sure that is oil. Are you sure that is head gasket not oil cooler ?

No I am not sure. You will have to do some testing on your own to determine the actual problem. They sell kits at aut parts stores to test to see if a head gasket is bad.
