Fault Code
I have a 2009 Dodge Journey with the 3.5L. The engine is running rough like it has a miss. I did the key trick and got the P0152 fault code. I searched Google and I got the O2 sensor needs replaced. Would this cause the engine to run rough?

You usually get the MIL light for o2 sensors (there are 2 in and out).
Rough running can be intake , plugs or coils etc so get a code reader
and check for more stored codes.
Try a cleaner such as Seafoam for dirty intake runners and injectors
first.
