I just purchased a 2011 dodge Journey and I got a subscription to Sirius XM, but for some reason it is not coming on in the car. I cant even hear the weather channel. When I called Sirius Tech Support they told me that the receiver is not connected. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Connect the receiver if it is not connected. Or take it back to where you bought it from and tell the, to fix it.

Like jkeaton, I would recommend bringing it back to the place you bought it and having them connect it for you. If you bought it at a FCA dealership and have any trouble getting this done, please feel free to reach out to me.
