Rear View Camera Problems

Default Rear View Camera Problems

I get a blank screen when i put my car in reverse with the parkview camera on. Just says Check surroundings! but no image

It would be helpful if you would state the vehicle specifics you are referring to. Year, mileage, engine, option package, etc.

2012, 89000 kilometers, Pentastar 3.6L, R/T.

First thing to do is try rebooting the computer system
by disconnecting the car battery at the NEGATIVE jumper
point under the hood , let it sit for 10-15 minutes then
reconnect.
See if that clears the problem.

The next thing that can cause this is a faulty camera or the
connecting wiring via the loom to the rear door.

Looks like i need a new camera lol.

Another problem i just got today YAY mE! if i put the cold air on its cold on drivers side hot on passenger
