Unable to reach low beam bulb on driver side
fuse box (?)is in the way. So how do you get access to that bulb to replace?

I was able to reach it. It's a squeeze, but it can be done. You can lift up the connector lever arm on the side of the fuse box to get a little more room. Otherwise, you have to remove the headlight, which requires removal of the bumper cover first. Just a bunch of screws and push pins holding it in.

 

2016 and it is already blowing bulbs? The dealer would be worrying how to get to it instead of me.
