I have a 2012 crew Journey. Just recently my hands free phone system has stopped working properly. I can make a call and the other person can hear me but I hear nothing. I have tried unplugging the car battery to see if it would reset it but no luck. Any ideas?

 

Probably software related. Might need a flash or update. Unfortunately a dealer visit is most likely required.

May sound simple but I did that once , I had turned down the radio volume
which also controls phone volume.
