DIY Journey tranny dipstick project
Hi all,
Quite a while back I posted info on how to covert the oil dipstick on my 2011 Journey (3.6L), to do double duty as a transmission
dipstick. I made up a .ZIP file with all the info and photos to modify the dipstick.
I received a lot of email requesting me to send the file so others could do the project.
I'm going to attach the file here so anyone interested can download it and do the project.
The conversion worked well for me, so now I don't have to drop by the Dealer to check the tranny fluid.
Hope everyone enjoys the info. You should be able to complete the project in less time it takes to finish 2 beers.
