This range of coolant water is normal or not ....?

 

Depends on the engine temperature at the time of this picture. You could add some but it would help if you stated the year, engine size and how many miles of the vehicle in question.

I own a 2013 journey with 11.000 miles in it, some days ago i was refilling the washer fluid and i noticed the coolant level was on minimum so i bought a hybrid motorex coolant and refilled it. The original coolant had like a red or pink color but the motorex was blue which caused the whole fluid turn into a purple tone. So i wonder, is it bad for the engine?

 

My dodge journey 2013 SXT 3.6vvt miles is 38000.

 

You should always follow the specifications for products
used in your vehicle as outlined in the owners manual.
