The radio in my 2012 Dodge Journey has no sound. It turns on, no sound comes out of it. Help me please!

 

You can try disconnecting the battery for a bit and reset everything. Welcome to the forum.

 

AT first my Blue Tooth didnt work, and today my radio came on etc, but no volume.


All you need to do to fix this is, pop the hood, look towards the righthand (drivers side) for a red cover for the battery terminal. Get an adjustable wrench or socket that will fit over the nut, remove the nut and all the wires on the post of the terminal. Wait about 10 min. Put everything back as it was, tighten down the nut, dont leave it semi-loose. Start your Journey, and it should all be working. Did for me, hope this helped.
