how to reassemble these

Hello all,

I am having trouble putting back these interior parts below the handle. Can any one please show me stepwise how to get these back?

It would help to know what they are and where you removed them from. "Below the handle" is not very descriptive.

The top piece connects between the plastic shroud UNDER the dash on drivers side and the center dash shell. The metal piece goes behind the knee bolster under the column and is held on by 4 bolts. 5 or 6 MM shank I believe. It needs to be there.
