This is for a 2010 journey v6 with 3rd row seats. So I have taken apart the rear panel on the passenger side to access the AC for the back of the vehicle. I am unable to get the panel back on, do I have to take out the third row seats to get the panel back on? I did not take it out when removing but I can not get it back on....please advise

 

If the seat is in the way, probably need to move it.
