I've read this thread and everyone has the same complaint. I have called Dodge and spoken with the dealership and neither will take the needed steps. This is the third time in less than a year that I have taken the car in and no one will take responsibility. I have been pulling the fuses to get it to stop because the dealership is not open at 2 in the morning and I cannot leave work when it starts honking during the day.

Any suggestions would be great!

Take it to the dealer for a proper diagnosis.
