I just bought this 2014 Dodge Journey with black matte paint, 27K miles and 2.4L engine.
It just doesn't seem to have any power. Are all 4 cylinder Dodge cars like this?
This is the first Dodge I've ever owned.... Thanks

I don't know about all 4 Cylinder dodge cars but I can tell you the Journey in 2.4L definitely has no power. I had a 2009 edition and it had no power. Bought a 2013 V6 SXT model (Black Top) and what a beautiful ride it is

Lots of power and acceleration when needed.
Same here. Had an 09 2.4L. I understood it's lack of performance when we bought it, so I was prepared and lived with it. Once it got to it's power band, it did fine for what it was. It is a tank of an engine, but to say it is a bit undersized for the Journey is an understatement. Traded it for our 2013 with the 3.6. I'd never go back to that 2.4l again.
