I was wondering if you had gotten it fixed and what went wrong. I have a 14 journey that's doing the same. New battery didn't work and tried to neutral trick. Was thinking it might be starter but when I put new battery in it started but when I turned it off to try again it just clicked and wouldn't start with jump box. Old battery would start if jumped but found out the battery was still good
