Question uConnect 8.4N/RB5 Touchscreen stop working intermittently

I have a 2013 with uConnect 8.4N/RB5 and my touch stops working after about 2 minutes without touching the screen.
Unless I press it like 100+ times stop working intermittently.

Try disconnecting the battery for about 20 minutes or so to reset everything.

I had already left for 10 minutes and it did not work.

I'll do it again leaving it for 20 minutes.
