Default 2013 Dodge Journey Uconnect issue

I HAVE A 2013 DODGE JOURNEY AND UNTIL ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO, MY PHONE WAS CONNECTED TO THE UCONNECT SYSTEM AND WORKED GREAT. tHEN ONE DAY IT WOULD NOT CONNECT. i UNINSTALLED AND TRIED TO REINSTALL, BUT THE SYSTEM SAIYS WILL NOT PAIR TRY AGAIN. i HAVE TRIED SEVRAL PHONES AND NO LUCK. aNY SUGGESTIONS?

1. Turn your caps lock off.
2. Disconnect the battery for awhile to reset everything.

Hi johnjdcthree,

We would recommend deleting the Bluetooth pairing from both your Uconnect system and your phone and then trying to re-pair your device. If this doesn't help you can check for any software updates by entering your VIN here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/suppor...re-update.html.
