Default 2009 Journey - AC hot driver side, cold passenger side

When the AC is on.
The air on the drivers side is not blowing cold. The air is lukewarm. The passenger side is blowing very cold air like it should.
I have found the driver side actuator to control the temperature and it seems to work ok.
The passenger side to divert the flow to feet, middle, defrost, etc... seems to work ok.
Am I missing something? What would cause driver side to not have cold air when AC is running?

Thank you

what did the old plugs look like? change the other plugs after the hot soak...but before crank/no start attempt...do they smell like fuel?
