Clicking noise in glove box/lukewarm heat

I have a 2010 journey sxt that has a clicking noise in the glove box area. The heat is only lukewarm and sometimes its cold. I am trying to find out if this could possibly be the actuator blend door??

Have you fixed this issue yet? The reason I asked 'cause I just got a used 2010 with the same noise.
