Question power steering leak

I have a fluid leak from my power steering's cooler of my Dodge Journey 2015, I noticed the fluid is coming from the area where the rubber feed hose connect with the cooler so I had tied the clamping ring and I think the leak stopped, or I hope so as I haven't driven the car yet.
I used AutoZone power steering fluid (Gold color fluid) to fill the power steering reservoir till I be sure there is no more leak.
1- do I have to flush the power steering because I mixed the gold with red fluid?
2- is it ok to use power steering treatment such as Prestone AS263 Power Steering Fluid with Stop Leak? There is high whining noise when I turn the steering
