Question 2013 jOURNEY TRANSMISSION

Our Journey is 7000 kilometers over the warranty and the transmission crapped out. It is getting rebuilt now. This is awful. From what I understand this is not uncommon, but I don't see any posts about this problem.
What do we think about my chances of getting Chrysler to help me out with the bill?

First I’ve heard of a failure. Certainly not common.

which trans do you have?
the 62te is a work horse.
At 107 000 km powertrain is over and fca is not obligated.
Good customers with certain circumstances; they might good will it or part of the cost. If you bought it from and do all the maintenance with this dealer; it would help your case. If you bought it used elsewhere and never service it with them...ie they never seen you before...forget it.
