Default wind noise from driver side mirrors

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT, I bought it used. Since I got this last month, I thought the noise is coming from the windows but it is not. As I was driving, I pulled/tilted the side mirror towards me and the wind noise stopped. Does anyone have this kind of issue at all?

Well, it's a big hunk of plastic hanging out in the windstream, so, yeah. it's going to make some noise.

I just don't think this is normal, whistling noise or whatever it is. I had driven an old dodge caravan and never had issues like this before.

Here's some videos on things you can try to minimize the sound.
