lift gate issue

all the doors unlock but the handle will not open the lift gate??? 2017 journey

if the tailgate lock is unlocking; the linkage for the release lever may be broken. The trim panel would have to be removed to inspect it. if your under 36 000miles its covered under warranty; take it to the dealer.
