Hi Folks,

I own Dodge Journey 2015 CVP. Recently I noticed my reverse light is ON all the time (Even if the car engine is off) and touch screen/Radio is black.Although their is power to the radio but screen is black.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Check the wire harness from the body to the tailgate. Been known to have damaged wiring inside the loom from constant opening and closing of the lift gate. Try disconnecting the battery to reset the radio, see if that helps.
